An exciting opportunity for an experienced Labour Scheduler to join the dynamic CGA team

THE POSITION

• Manage the scheduling of planned/ unplanned shutdowns, Mobilisations, Functions and BAU requirements for all sites
• Provide input into the development, implementation and update of site based casual pools
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships
• Day to day liaison with operational managers and site managers for all casual staffing requirements
• When possible utilise the most cost effective labour opportunity available
• Manage requests for additional services effectively
• Manage Agency requests
• Maintain casual pools and PAR levels

THE PERSON

• Previous experience in a Scheduling position or similar
• Strong communication skills and the ability to use effective leadership and communication styles to motivate and retain staff
• High levels of attention to detail and possess a pro-active approach
• Ability to work under pressure, fast-paced and be adaptable
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
