About the job
As National Key Account Manager, you will be a key partner to our clients, driving strategy, program development, and financial management while fostering a culture of excellence in service. This role oversees all culinary, café, hospitality, event and financial operations.
You will lead a talented national team of over 25 Associates, ensuring exceptional service across our operations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Managing client relationships and maintaining financial targets will be crucial, as will developing strategic plans and conducting market research to make informed key business decisions.
The Position
- Build strong relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of all contractual requirements and KPI's.
- Financial Oversight: Lead Unit Managers to achieve financial targets through rigorous reporting, forecasting and constant team training.
- People Management: Inspire your team with timely feedback and foster a high-performance culture that drives the account forward.
- Lead a high performing team across service excellence.
- Business Operations: Develop and implement strategies, assess performance, and align resources with our overall goals.
- Develop and implement financial growth strategies across all areas of operations.
- Establish and maintain an environmentally sustainable workplace.
- Industry Insight: Monitor trends and provide support during significant organisational changes.
The Person
- Sophisticated operator where hospitality is engrained into your DNA.
- Excellent communicator comfortable with building and maintaining relationships on many different levels, with internal and external stakeholders.
- You must have a “can-do attitude”, and whilst you may be an excellent communicator, you must be a bigger “doer” that achieves results.
- A strong confident leader with presence that holds a room, experienced in getting the best from their teams, clients and internal stakeholders. Being empathetic, a good listener, someone who motivates successfully and facilitates team success should be part of your day to day.
- Experienced in leading large, complex teams across multiple locations, operationally and financially.
