We are seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse / Site Manager based in Belmont, Perth. This position will oversee our warehouse and workplace operations. Apply now!
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as site manager and chief fire warden
- Manage and coordinate the site's planned/preventative maintenance schedules.
- Manage and engage with sub-contractors strategically to ensure service level standards are monitored through KPI processes.
- Oversee the efficient operation of the warehouse loading dock.
- Manages and approves vendor purchase orders, invoices and cost tracking utilising CGA systems and processes.
- Manage all facility and front-of-house documentation including Process & Procedures, risk assessments and Operations Manuals
- Implement and manage CGA and Client WHS processes
- Responsible for ensuring the site is aligned with our client’s environmental policies
What you will bring:
- Fork lift license or willing to obtain
- Qualification in warehouse/facilities management / relevant subjects, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the Facilities/Warehouse and corporate services industry at management level
- Experience working within a technical facilities management and or warehouse environment handling subcontracted hard and soft services
- Excellent knowledge of building services operations.
- Ability to drive change and improvements by leveraging vendor relationships
- Current police check
- Ability to lead a team with different levels of experience and skill sets to maximise output quality and efficiency while aligning with business needs and objectives
