Lead the charge as the head chef for unforgettable events at Melbourne’s most iconic cultural destination. The Position
- Organise and execute functions catering, from preparation to plating
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to your team and drive for success
- Adhere to our high standards of food safety
- Contribute to menu ideas using fresh, local ingredients
The Person
- Must be able to obtain a National Police Check + Working with Children Check
- Previous experience with planning and organising delivery of large functions is essential
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to direct your team
- Creative menu writing skill for high level bespoke functions
- Ability to multi-task between hands on work in the kitchen and administration tasks
