THE POSITION:

  • Lead and support a team of Unit and Chef Managers across multiple sites.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of catering, cleaning, and laundry services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver outstanding service.
  • Drive compliance with food safety, infection control, and WHS standards.
  • Deliver on financial targets and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Champion a culture of leadership, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a key conduit between operational teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Regular travel will be required to connect with sites, teams, and clients directly.

THE PERSON:

  • Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles.
  • A strong background in hospitality operations – particularly catering, cleaning or laundry services.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-site teams and complex client relationships.
  • Strong financial skills including managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting.
  • A collaborative leadership style focused on coaching, development, and accountability.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach to safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality, or similar (highly regarded).
