FIFO Cleaning Manager

  • 14 days on, 7 days off roster

  • $97,635 + Super

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. These customer-focused leadership roles are caring for a team of food professionals and facilities staff. Your commitment to safety and respect for our environment is essential to succeed in these key roles.

Key Duties

  • Manage & lead the running of your departmental team
  • Assign and monitor daily tasks for team members
  • Deliver to a high expectation of a premium experience
  • Oversee staff performance to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Provide guidance, training and support to staff
  • Manage the expectations of both clients and residents

The Person:

  • Previous FIFO experience highly regarded
  • Prior experience in cleaning, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Recent graduates within hospitality will also be considered 
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Current Driver’s license
