We are seeking Refrigeration Tech’s & HVAC’s looking to join the DeltaFM team on an even time days only roster. You’ll be joining a small but established team conducting Village & Accommodation Maintenance. You’ll have a permanent room and a back to back team member. There are two positions available and the ideal applicant will be able to commence the recruitment process now, for a May 2025 start date.
THE POSITION
Establishing this Rio site as part of the DeltaFM portfolio
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand, Dual Trade Allowance if applicable.
THE PERSON
Full ARCTICK Licence & WA Restricted Electrical Licence (or working towards)
Current CPR + LVR, C Class Australian Drivers Licence, White Card & Police Check within 12 months
Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
