We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our National team in the corporate sector. This role is perfect for an experienced, high-volume recruiter with strong strategic sourcing skills who can hit the ground running. Reporting to the National Recruitment Team Leader, you’ll be part of a team of trusted advisors who live and breathe customer centricity – bringing pride, passion, and personality to everything you do.

The Role:

• Ownership of the end to end recruitment process from taking the job specification, sourcing, interviewing and final assessment
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at all points of the process
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
• Proactively identify, engage, and manage talent pools to meet current and future site needs
• Support and assist colleagues, contributing to a proactive and high performing recruitment team
• Deliver recruitment outcomes that meet or exceed agreed national performance targets

The Person:

• Must be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth, where we have corporate offices
• Experienced in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and delivering successful hires
• Passionate about creating an outstanding candidate experience
• Skilled at building trusted relationships with stakeholders and providing tailored solutions
• Strong in strategic sourcing and talent pipeline management
• Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs in high-volume recruitment
