About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across five key Defence sites in Wagga Wagga and Blamey Barracks (Kapooka), as part of our specialist ESS Defence portfolio.

ESS Defence is dedicated to delivering hospitality and catering services to Defence personnel onsite — a mission-critical role that supports the well-being of our Australian Defence Force.

This is a senior leadership opportunity with direct oversight of site operations, including a team of operational managers reporting to you. You’ll work closely with the Senior Regional Operations Manager to drive strategic outcomes and elevate service delivery.

• Proven leadership experience in services, hospitality, facilities management, or related sectors (e.g. construction, community services, disability support, or project services)
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
