$25,86 + 25% casual loading

• Monday-Saturday roster (6am/2.30pm- 3pm/7pm Monday /Friday, 6am/1pm Saturday)

 THE POSITION

• Ensuring food is presented well and knows how to make quality control checks 
• Provide friendly, welcoming service, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhering to strict Food Safety Protocols and confidently managing Food Safety Paperwork
• Working with a small team so must be able to communicate and escalate to manager
• Barista prepared coffee 

THE PERSON 

• Good communication skills
• Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi-task 
• Experienced in working on your own or in a small team
• Minimum 1 year with previous Catering Assistant / worked in a kitchen/ has done food preparation
• Minimum 3 years' experience in similar service environment
• Experience with barista made coffee desired but not essential
• Be reliable, well-organised and full of passion for what you do
