We’re seeking a capable and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera. This is a full-time leadership role in a structured Defence environment, ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, delivering quality service, and maintaining high standards.

This role is heavily focused on Functions & Events, playing a key part in the planning, coordination, and delivery of a wide range of Defence hospitality experiences. Due to the nature of events, the role will predominantly involve evening and weekend work.

You’ll be supported with comprehensive training and work alongside an experienced, collaborative team committed to excellence.

The Position
• Full-time supervisory role with a strong focus on Functions & Events delivery
• Coordinate, lead and execute events from planning through to service
• Lead, motivate and support team members to maintain productivity and high service standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements

The Person
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (minimum 1 year), ideally within events or functions
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities
• Confident communicator with sound email and basic systems experience
• Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergen management
• Availability and flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Holds a valid driver’s licence, full-time working rights and a proactive, positive attitude
