We’re recruiting at Kokoda Barracks, Canungra, and are looking for reliable, motivated people to join our established hospitality team. This is a great opportunity to work in a unique Defence environment with comprehensive training, strong support and genuine career pathways.

The Positions

Food & Beverage Attendants (Part-Time & Full-Time)
• Deliver friendly food and beverage service to Defence personnel
• Maintain clean service areas and follow food safety standards

Kitchen Hands (Part-Time & Full-Time)
• Assist with basic food preparation and support kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and service areas

Apprentice Chefs (Full-Time)
• Complete on-the-job training while working toward a recognised qualification
• Support kitchen operations and learn food preparation in a commercial kitchen environment

The Person
• Reliable, punctual and team-focused
• Willing to learn and take pride in your work
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential — training provided
