Restaurant Associates is seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our high-performing kitchen team delivering exceptional food experiences at a global tech institution in the Sydney CBD. This part-time opportunity offers a rare work-life balance with Tuesday to Thursday shifts, no weekends, and real pathways to grow your hospitality career.

THE POSITION

• Assist with basic food preparation and presentation for corporate catering menus
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas
• Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Receive, unpack, and organise stock deliveries and supplies
• Follow strict food safety and WHS standards in line with company protocols

THE PERSON

• Experience in high volume kitchen hand role
• Demonstrate experience in time management and possess the ability to multitask
• Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
• Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
