The Position

• Assist the kitchen to prepare and present food and beverages
• Provide friendly customer service
• Fast paced environment
• Operate the till to take orders and process transactions
• Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Adhering to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices.

The Person

• Previous experience in a hotel, upscale restaurant, or premium buffet environment
• Understanding of buffet service standards, food presentation, and replenishment
• Food Safety & I'm Alert Certificates (or ability to obtain)
• Impeccable personal grooming and uniform standards
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
• Willingness to follow instructions and site specific procedures precisely
• Proven punctuality and reliability
• Flexible attitude and willingness to support different service areas as required
• Commitment to maintaining high service standards at all times
