THE POSITION

• Casual Chef role supporting the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team.
• Training alongside an experienced Sous Chef with the opportunity to step into lunch service when required.
• Assist with preparation and service for weekday lunch and dinner.
• Independently cook and serve Saturday breakfast once trained.
• Work within a professional kitchen team of 5 chefs during the day and a smaller evening team.
• Maintain high food quality and presentation standards expected in a private school environment.
