Cleaning Team Leader

• 4:30pm to 10:30pm Monday to Friday. 30hrs per week

THE POSITION

• Lead a dynamic team with a focus on inspiring growth, motivation, and achieving success together  
• Create and manage efficient rosters to ensure all scheduled and reactive cleaning needs are met
• Build strong relationships with clients through clear and proactive communication
• Continuously improve cleaning processes and procedures, and contribute to their regular review and enhancement

THE PERSON

• Proven experience in a similar environment, bringing valuable skills to the team
• A proactive, strong work ethic with a passion for learning and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving team
• Positive energy, adaptable mindset, and a keen eye for immaculate presentation
• Solid intermediate skills in MS Office, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software
