The Position
- Location: Penrith suburb of Emu Plains
- 2.1 kilometres from Emu Plains station
- Chef duties: Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings
- Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements
- Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved, and wastage is kept to a minimum
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
The Person
- HACCP Food handling experience
- Previous experience working in the Health Care sector is highly favourable
- Excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
- Ability to work autonomously
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery
- Available to work full-time
- Willing to obtain a National Police Check
