The Roles

Food & Beverage Attendant

• Support food and beverage service operations while building your hospitality skills
• Assist with food preparation and maintain clean service and preparation areas
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to Defence personnel
• Follow company policies and maintain food safety standards

Kitchen Hand

• Assist with basic food preparation, including vegetables and salads
• Maintain kitchen, storage, and service areas, with a strong focus on hygiene and food safety
• Operate in line with company policies and food safety requirements

Driver – Stores

• Safely drive food service vehicles around site to deliver meals, supplies, and equipment
• Load and unload food carts, containers, and deliveries in line with manual handling guidelines
• Maintain stores, including stock rotation, storage organisation, and temperature control
