ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

We are seeking a reliable and self‑motivated Driver to support linen operations located Balranald NSW 2715. This is a hands‑on role involving local driving and time‑critical tasks.

• Full time yearly salary $82,000 + Superannuation
• 4 days on 3 days off, 10 hours per day
• Usual rostered days Monday - Thursday
• Drive in Drive out – Locals of Mildura, Balranald & surrounds encouraged to apply

The Position:

• Transporting Minning personal to and from town to site (140km) and from camp to site
• Portion of the drive to town are dirt roads so an experienced driver is required
• Tasks completed outside of bus operations in the camp (grounds, rubbish runs and similar tasks) 
• Meals and Accommodation provided wile in camp.
• Monday to Thursday role, may be required to come in Sunday night for Monday morning shift start
• Weeks will rotate, 1 week am shift 2nd week pm shift.
• Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day linen operations using strong time‑management skills
• Working safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Always following all safety policies and procedures

The Person:

• Open Driver Licence and own reliable vehicle
• MR Licence – essential
• Drivers Authority - essential
• Comfortable completing a pre‑employment medical and drug screen (at our cost)
• Forklift Licence – desirable but not required
• Physically fit, dependable, and proactive with a can‑do attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and keep on top of daily schedules
• Truck‑driving experience highly regarded
