ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.

We are seeking Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team across Air HQ Glenbrook and Defence Establishment Orchard Hills. This casual role is ideal for candidates looking for flexible work across multiple sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with food preparation, service and cleaning duties
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service
• Support dining room and service operations
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Work across both sites to support operational needs

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in hospitality, food service or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and able to work across two locations
• Team focused with ability to adapt to different environments
• Flexible availability for casual shifts
