ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.

We are seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at Air HQ Australia, Glenbrook. This casual opportunity is ideal for candidates looking for flexible work in hospitality within a supportive and professional environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with food preparation, service and cleaning duties
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Support dining room and service operations
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Ensure service areas remain clean, organised and operationally ready

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in hospitality, food service or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable with flexible availability for casual shifts
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence Baseline Clearance
