Gardener Attendant

Join our team in the Boddington region maintaining high-quality outdoor and landscaped environments across a well-established Mine Site village.

THE POSITION

• Maintain turf areas including mowing, edging and general grounds care
• Care for planted areas including weeding, watering and pruning
• Operate equipment such as lawn mowers and ride-on machinery
• Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance on tools and vehicles
• Implement pest management and plant nutrition
• General cleaning, waste collection and adherence to recycling procedures

THE PERSON

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
• Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely
• Current manual driver’s licence and reliable transport for DIDO travel
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong commitment to safety, procedures and teamwork
