We are currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our team onsite at one of our premium corporate clients. You will be providing exceptional high level receptionist services.
THE POSITION
- Providing high-end reception and guest services
- Booking meeting rooms and facilitating booking updates as required
- Handling switchboards with excellent phone etiquette
- Managing and documenting client feedback
- Coordinating front-of-house operations, including maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression
THE PERSON
- 2+ years experienced in a comparable reception/client service role
- Advanced administration skills including Microsoft Office
- Eagerness to contribute to a friendly and professional team environment
- Strong understanding of corporate reception duties and professional standards
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
**Due to the setting of this position, a baseline background check will be completed prior to starting, therefore full-time Australian working rights with permanent residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement**
