THE POSITION

  • Craft and serve exceptional specialty coffee every time
  • Lead daily café operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service
  • Train, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service standards
  • Manage stock, ordering, rostering and opening/closing procedures
  • Build a welcoming, high-energy café environment
  • Play a key role in delivering a seamless 5-star customer experience

THE PERSON

  • You’re a true coffee professional and natural leader who thrives in busy environments and loves engaging with people.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar senior barista role
  • Deep passion for specialty coffee, technique, and continuous learning
  • A confident leader who leads from the front and sets the tone
  • Highly organised with strong operational awareness
  • Warm, engaging and customer-focused with impeccable presentation
