We’re launching an exciting new Eurest site in Brisbane and are searching for a Senior Barista to lead from the front—crafting exceptional coffee, shaping team culture, and delivering a best-in-class guest experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

• Craft and serve exceptional speciality coffee every time
• Lead daily café operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service
• Train, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service standards
• Manage stock, ordering, rostering and opening/closing procedures
• Build a welcoming, high-energy café environment
• Play a key role in delivering a seamless 5-star customer experience

🌟 About You

You’re a true coffee professional and natural leader who thrives in busy environments and loves engaging with people.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar senior barista role
• Deep passion for speciality coffee, technique, and continuous learning
• A confident leader who leads from the front and sets the tone
• Highly organised with strong operational awareness
• Warm, engaging and customer-focused with impeccable presentation
• Committed to building a positive, fun and supportive team culture
