ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

We’re seeking passionate, energetic and people-focused Wellbeing Experience Coordinators to join our teams on a permanent full-time basis across our Remote WA villages, with FIFO travel from Perth.

The Position

You’ll be the driver of wellbeing on site creating energy, connection and meaningful experiences that help residents stay healthy, engaged and motivated throughout their swing.

  • Deliver high-energy fitness classes, wellbeing sessions and activities
  • Bring the Tastelife program to life across the village
  • Promote mental health, active living and positive lifestyle habits
  • Coordinate events, challenges and social wellbeing initiatives
  • Conduct gym inductions and basic health assessments
  • Maintain sporting, leisure and fitness facilities
  • Facilitate educational sessions for residents and on-site teams
  • Ensure strong communication, reporting and compliance

The Person 

  • A genuine passion for health, fitness and wellbeing
  • Confidence leading group classes and engaging diverse audiences
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to work independently
  • A commitment to delivering an exceptional resident experience

Essential Requirements

  • Cert IV in Fitness or Diploma of Sport & Recreation
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar role
  • Current Australian manual driver’s licence
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance

Highly regarded

  • Experience in group fitness, events or community engagement
  • Qualifications in Exercise Science, Human Movement or similar
  • Pool operations certification
  • Background in health promotion or education
