Corporate Barista 

$31.00 per hour plus superannuation

THE POSITION

• Utilize your solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees
• Speed, efficiency and A+ quality is vital as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
• Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
• Assist with food service where required
• Create warm welcoming environment, forward facing role with high end corporate client

THE PERSON 

• Availability for shifts Monday to Friday between 7am to 3:30pm
• You will have at least 12 months experience in a barista role within a franchise/cafe environment
• Able to handle minimum of 6kg of beans per 4 hour period
• Excellent communication skills and confident in working independently
• Knowledge of Health and Safety rules and procedures
• Fantastic memory - orders are verbal only
• Happy to undertake additional duties including restocking fridges, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
