This is your opportunity to take ownership of a newly created leadership role with Levy, the premium hospitality partner behind some of Australia's largest and most iconic sporting and entertainment events. Based at Melbourne & Olympic Parks, you'll lead logistics operations year-round while shaping the delivery of major events, including the Australian Open.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead stores, logistics and loading dock operations across multiple venues
- Drive end-to-end inventory, warehousing and distribution activities
- Oversee logistics planning and delivery for major scalable events
- Manage rostering, recruitment, onboarding and team development
- Partner with Culinary, Retail and Event teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety and operational performance
What You'll Bring

- Experience leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced operational environments
- Strong inventory management and stock control expertise
