ESS supports some of Australia's largest mining, energy and remote communities by delivering exceptional accommodation management, housekeeping and village services. We are seeking Housekeepers and Periodic Cleaners to join our FIFO teams on a 14 days on, 7 days off roster across remote locations throughout Western Australia.
The Roles
Housekeepers
As a Housekeeper, you will help ensure accommodation facilities are clean, comfortable and maintained to a high standard.

Clean accommodation rooms and ensuites

Make beds and change linen

Replenish guest amenities

Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards

Deliver friendly and professional service to village residents
Periodic Cleaners
Our Periodic Cleaners maintain village facilities through scheduled and detailed cleaning activities.

Complete deep cleaning across accommodation and village facilities

Undertake floor scrubbing, buffing and polishing

Complete pressure washing and external cleaning

Operate specialised cleaning equipment safely

Maintain high hygiene, quality and safety standards
The Person
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality or service industry experience is preferred Excellent attention to detail
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a physically demanding remote environment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
- National Police Clearance
- Full Work Rights
