Cleaner Team Leader

$27.98 as a permanent, full-time employee

• Brighton East residential aged care facility
• Monday to Friday 7 AM - 3 PM
• Hands on role – cleaning

THE POSITION

• Daily cleaning in this hands-on role
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high hygiene standards
• Support infection control procedures and specialised cleaning in high-risk areas
• Train, mentor, and onboard new and existing staff

THE PERSON

• Previous experience in a cleaning role, ideally in healthcare
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse cleaning team
• Experience managing rosters and coordinating daily operations
• Competent in managing inventory and waste reduction practices
• Police check holder (or you are willing to obtain a police check)
