We are currently seeking a Corporate Lead Receptionist to join our team onsite with one of our premium corporate clients, located in South Eveleigh, just a short walk from Redfern Station. In this role, you will be the face of the business, delivering exceptional front-of-house and high-level reception services while creating a professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and employees.

THE POSITION:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for catering and event space bookings, including catering requirements, room setup, and last-minute changes
  • Ensure Reception area and meeting rooms are professionally presented at all times
  • Book meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
  • Diary management, mail distribution and general administrative & switchboard duties
  • Support to the catering team on occasion

THE PERSON:

  • Experienced in a comparable client service / corporate environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, calendar and diary management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and Impeccable personal presentation
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
  • Holds a current National Police Check (or ability to obtain)

**Due to the setting of this position, a baseline background check will be completed prior to starting, therefore full-time Australian working rights with permanent residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement**
