What you’ll do

Ready to make your mark in testing excellence? Join us as a Test Automation Engineer where your expertise in manual testing will be front and centre, supported by smart automation to drive quality across our platform.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Testing Service Lead, you’ll take ownership of the entire testing lifecycle from designing test scenarios to executing and reporting ensuring our platform delivers top-tier quality across the board.

In this hands-on role, you will:

• Lead with purpose and integrity, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing strategy with business and tech goals.
• Prioritise work and make decisions that move the needle on strategic outcomes.
• Champion modern delivery practices and governance.
• Drive manual testing efforts with precision—designing, executing, and analysing test cases.
• Build and refine automation frameworks to support faster, smarter delivery.
• Write automation scripts to complement manual testing and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and monitor test data and execution, ensuring valid and reliable results.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution.
• Maintain clear, comprehensive test documentation and contribute to regulatory submissions.

What you’ll bring:

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in tech, with 3+ years in test engineering on complex platforms.
• Strong manual testing skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Experience in automation (Mobile/Web API), scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, multi-team environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and lean methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for quality and a drive to continuously improve.
