About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused professional to join our Retail Sales team as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you’ll build strong partnerships with major venue groups, driving commercial performance, and ensuring every venue delivers a great experience for our customers. You’ll work closely with internal teams and key venue partners to unlock growth opportunities, lead commercial conversations, and strengthen our presence across the network. Accordingly, you will:

• manage and grow relationships with major venue groups at senior levels.
• lead contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions.
• conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• work with internal teams to enhance the venue and customer experience.
• monitor key account performance and use insights to inform strategies.
• ensure compliance with company standards and commercial expectations.

About You

You’re commercially savvy, collaborative, and passionate about building lasting relationships. You thrive in fast-moving environments and know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll also bring:

• solid experience in key account management or business development,
• strong knowledge of the retail or hospitality industries,
• well-developed commercial and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset,
• excellent communication and relationship management capabilities,
• proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver business growth,
• confidence in managing compliance and commercial conversations, and
• a proactive, team-first approach to collaboration and problem-solving.
