Your role, your impact
Reporting to a senior technology leader, this role leads the delivery of hardware and service deployments across MAX customer gaming venues throughout Queensland. You will coordinate technology fit outs, software configuration, service activations, and site readiness activities that support venue upgrades, operational improvements, and regulatory compliance. Working in live, customer facing environments, you will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex deployments while balancing stakeholder needs and operational realities.
- Lead end to end delivery of gaming technology upgrades and service deployments across customer venues
- Assess site readiness and coordinate power, data, network, and layout requirements
- Plan schedules, risks, cutovers, testing, and handover to minimise operational disruption
- Ensure all deployments meet Queensland gaming regulations, standards, and audit requirements
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and construction partners to deliver integrated outcomes
- Maintain clear reporting, documentation, and processes while driving efficiency improvements
What you'll need to succeed
You are confident working in complex, operational environments where planning meets real world delivery. You bring proven capability leading multi site technology deployments, balancing structure with adaptability, and building trust with stakeholders at every level. You are comfortable owning outcomes and working collaboratively to get things done.
- Experience delivering technology initiatives across hospitality, gaming, or multi‑site environments
- Proven capability managing end to end infrastructure and technology deployments
- Strong ability to build and manage detailed schedules, dependencies, and delivery plans
- Demonstrated success coordinating vendors, contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders
- Experience managing risk and delivering outcomes in regulated or high‑integrity environments
- Hands on capability with network readiness, connectivity, documentation, and compliant rollouts
