Step into an 8 month secondment where your energy and relationship skills help shape the TAB experience across venues. You’ll join a passionate retail team that keeps the action moving, working closely with venue partners to bring products, offers and experiences to life for customers every day.
How you'll be part of the action
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, this role puts you at the centre of driving performance across your territory. You’ll build strong partnerships, deliver insights, and create engaging in-venue experiences that boost customer participation and results.
- Drive venue performance through regular visits and strong partner relationships
- Deliver product training and digital education to venue operators and teams
- Present performance insights to grow customer activity and turnover
- Execute promotions, campaigns and in-venue sales initiatives
- Support new site activations, upgrades and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance standards are met across all venue operations

- Proven ability building strong, lasting relationships with customers or partners
- Strong communication skills across face to face and digital interactions

- Experienced in delivering training and engaging diverse audiences
- Adaptable approach with confidence working across multiple sites and priorities
