Working across a diverse stakeholder landscape, you’ll improve how risk is understood, embedded, and governed, while helping leaders make informed decisions in a fast-moving and highly regulated environment.
Your role, your impact
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Policy, Governance & BCP, you’ll lead the evolution of policy, governance, and risk management practices across the business. You’ll combine strategic thinking with practical implementation, influencing stakeholders and leading a high-performing team to strengthen enterprise risk capability.
- Lead and uplift enterprise-wide risk policies and frameworks
- Manage governance reporting for executive and board committees
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive improvements across risk systems and capabilities
- Partner with leaders to embed risk management practices
- Develop engaging risk training and awareness programs
- Lead a high performing team, driven to support business stakeholders to optimise system capability and usage

You’re a confident and collaborative risk professional who can balance governance excellence with commercial thinking. You enjoy influencing stakeholders, simplifying complexity, and helping teams navigate risk with confidence.
- Experienced in risk, compliance, governance, or consulting
- Proven ability to influence diverse senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinking combined with strong operational delivery capability
- Strong capability in policy and framework development
- Strong Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to oversee performance dashboards and metrics (AI experience advantageous)
- Ability to translate complexity into practical guidance
- Confidence in facilitating workshops and delivering impactful presentations
- Experienced in improving systems and governance processes
- Demonstrated success leading and developing team members
