Your role, your impact

Supporting the Senior Trader, you’ll play an important role in delivering accurate, competitive, and best-in-class US Sport products. You’ll work closely with trading, risk, customer and technology teams to support strong trading performance and a best-in-class wagering experience, leveraging AI tools and data insights while driving product creation.

• Manage sports markets with accuracy, speed and attention to detail, using AI-enhanced systems for real-time pricing, anomaly detection, and risk monitoring
• Monitor pricing, liabilities and betting activity across key events, incorporating signals from traditional fixed-odds markets and emerging prediction markets
• Process customer bets within approved trading and risk guidelines, with AI support to scale volume and combinatorial products).
• Identify market trends, issues and opportunities for escalation — including how US sports volumes, line movements, and prediction-market activity (e.g., Kalshi, Polymarket) influence global and domestic pricing and liquidity
• Partner with stakeholders to improve products and customer outcomes, contributing to AI-enabled automation and smarter liability management
• Contribute ideas for new markets, offers and trading initiatives, focusing on product creation such as expanded player props, innovative event contracts-inspired offerings, and markets that respond to US sports dynamics and prediction-market trends

What you'll need to succeed

You’re curious, analytical, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy making informed decisions, working collaboratively, and balancing commercial thinking with customer focus. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of human expertise and AI tools.

• Experienced in trading, wagering or a similar analytical environment, ideally with exposure to AI-assisted or automated trading systems
• Strong capability to assess risk and make sound decisions, enhanced by interpreting AI-generated insights, probability models, and real-time data feeds
• Strong understanding of US Sports fixed odds wagering principles, affiliated betting markets and products, plus awareness of the broader US sports betting landscape and how prediction markets such as Kalshi and Polymarket affect price discovery, handle flows, and competitive dynamics for traditional operators
• Extensive knowledge of a broad range of sports, both domestic and international, and affiliated betting markets and products; ability to connect US market developments (legalization trends, major league activity, high-volume events) to opportunities and risks in our markets
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings and to collaborate with technology teams on AI tools, data platforms, and product development
• Strong communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
• Ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights, along with strong Excel and mathematical skills; familiarity with or aptitude for working alongside machine-learning models, predictive analytics, and automated pricing systems is highly valued
