Your opportunity 

Step into a role where your coordination skills keep one of Australia's largest venue technology programs moving. Joining the MAX Technical Services team, you'll be at the centre of a major deployment project, helping replace site controllers and computers across approximately 820 venues throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory while working closely with operations, technicians and venue partners. 

 
Your role 
 

Reporting to the Senior Customer Operations Manager, you'll coordinate field activity, manage competing priorities and help ensure deployments are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule. Your work will directly support venues, technicians and operational teams across the network. 

  • Drive deployment activities across Queensland and the Northern Territory venues 

  • Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and operational stakeholders daily 

  • Manage job logging, scheduling and deployment documentation accurately 

  • Support escalations and resolve issues to maintain project momentum 

  • Collaborate with operations managers to deliver seamless venue outcomes 

  • Optimise deployment plans across multiple venues each week 

 
What you'll need to succeed 

You're an organised, solutions-focused coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy keeping multiple workstreams on track, build strong relationships and stay calm when priorities shift. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment 

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail 

  • Ability to remain calm, adaptable and solution-focused when plans change 

  • Experienced in project coordination, scheduling, logistics or operational environments 

  • Strong communication skills across teams, contractors and stakeholders 

  • Operational mindset with confidence balancing competing deadlines and demands
