What you’ll be doing:
We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Advisor to join our Velocity Frequent Flyer team in Sydney, supporting the Home and Life squad. In this exciting role, you’ll bring marketing campaigns to life that delight our members and help drive key business outcomes.
As part of the Marketing Chapter, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns—executing emails, updating digital channels like our website and app, and collaborating with teams across Consumer Partnerships, CRM, Analytics, Brand, Social, PR and agencies—all while testing, learning and optimising in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In addition to the role:
- Support the development and execution of partner marketing strategies and campaign-level plans
- Work cross-functionally to move campaigns from concept through to execution
- Lead your own program of work and contribute to broader campaign planning and delivery
- Develop messaging and creative assets using Adobe Express and build email campaigns in Adobe Campaign
- Manage end-to-end campaigns across a variety of owned and paid channels including email, web, app, SMS, mobile, and digital media
- Support post-campaign reviews and apply test-and-learn insights to future work
- Build and send email campaigns using Adobe Campaign
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Hold a degree or postgraduate qualification in marketing, business, technology or a related field
- Have experience in commercial, retail, or sales-driven environments and understand what drives customer engagement
- Bring proven experience in end-to-end campaign management, digital marketing, and CRM—particularly across email and multi-channel campaigns
- Have a solid understanding of data-driven marketing and testing techniques such as A/B and multivariate testing
- Have worked in paid media environments and understand how to design campaigns that deliver strong commercial outcomes
- Possess strong project and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ideally, have hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Express, no-code or similar marketing platforms (bonus, but not essential)
- Bring knowledge of B2C marketing, and a genuine interest or experience in aviation, travel or loyalty programs
