About the role
In the role of Asset Manager at Yandin Wind Farm, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the performance, reliability, and sustainability of our operations. You will oversee the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) agreement and the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), serving as the owner’s representative. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will implement cost-effective strategies aimed at maximising project value throughout its lifecycle. This position requires strong contract management and analytical skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations under the Asset Management Deed and maintenance agreements.
- Develop and analyse performance reports for the wind farm, ensuring timely operational reporting for owners and accurate payment processing.
- Engage with landowners and community members to foster strong relationships that facilitate effective operations.
- Address operational issues by coordinating with both internal teams and external partners, promoting transparency and alignment in communications.
- Prepare and confidently present insights and updates to the board, highlighting key performance metrics and operational developments.
Your experience
- At least 5 years of experience in asset and contract management within the power generation industry, particularly in wind farm operations.
- Proven experience managing complex contracts, including familiarity with legal and regulatory obligations related to asset management.
- Significant experience in a technical role within large-scale plant operations, demonstrating expertise in maintenance systems and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for effective data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of navigating diverse stakeholder needs and expectations.
