Are you a person who loves solving problems, and want to expand your skills? Look no further! We are seeking expressions of interest to come and join our Resolve Team based in Morwell with the Advanced Customer Care team. This will be on a full time basis.

We are on the lookout for agents with natural problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail and a talent for working with customers to find solutions. This is a multifaceted role covering telephone and email-based complaint management.

This is a highly influential role and a fantastic opportunity to build relationships across the retail business in resolving customer problems. There is also plenty of “off phone” time provided for you for follow up and call backs.  You will also have the opportunity to “live coach” Customer Service agents on quick fix solutions that they can use to achieve our goal of one call resolution.

Training will be provided to successful applicants.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a keen interest in compliance and regulations for our industry
  • Are a talented problem solver with great attention to detail
  • Rate a collaborative and engaging team environment as a top priority in their workplace

What you’ll get from us:

  • Monday-Friday 9am-5pm roster each week (no weekends)
  • Salary of $70,000 including Super
  • A friendly, supportive team, to workshop ideas and solve problems
  • Access to work with other areas of the business e.g.  Customer Advocacy, Compliance, various Functional Leads
  • Training in the Resolve case management tool
  • The opportunity to work closely with external stakeholders such as Distributors and Meter Data Providers
  • Regular morning catch ups with your teammates and team lead to set you up for the day
