Our Retail Markets team has two junior Product Owner roles available, based in either Melbourne or Sydney. One role will focus on Electric Vehicles (EV) and the other on Solar Battery and VPP Stream.

In either role, you will support the Product Manager throughout the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and development through to launch and ongoing management of live products. Working closely with Product Managers, the Head of New Energy, and key domain teams, you will help define and refine problem and opportunity statements, with a strong focus on the New Energy segment within our broader Retail business.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional product and delivery teams, gather and analyse product data—including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends—and use these insights to identify improvement areas. You’ll review consumer research, track product defects, and propose enhancements to drive better outcomes. Your work will ensure alignment between product insights and business goals, and you’ll contribute to reporting on project status and risk management. You’ll also assist with internal training on new product features and provide support to customers when needed.

Your experience:

• 2+ years analytical, engineering or marketing experience OR a least 1 year in product development
• Strong analytical skills data gathering, analysis and interpretation
• Stakeholder management experience with strong written and verbal communication skills
