We’re on the lookout for a HV Maintenance Administrator to join our team in North Ryde! In this role, you’ll ensure that all key result areas align with Boral’s values and strategic plan while providing top-notch administrative support.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in North Ryde, reporting to the Logistics Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing purchase orders, work orders, fleet compliance, and site administration, ensuring seamless operations and regulatory adherence.

Your Day Will Involve:

• Daily maintenance of all purchase orders for service
• Daily maintenance of HRV Assets in Maximo
• Managing asset transfers, changes, new asset set up and disposals in Maximo
• Raising purchase orders for Capex (as required)
• Onboarding and training of new suppliers
•  Manage compliance reporting of service completed on time, late or cancelled
• Compile data and complete monthly reports

What Are We Looking For?

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in customer service and administration.
• Knowledge of transport and heavy vehicles.
• Familiarity with NHVAS compliance (preferred but not essential).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Oracle eAM, and Maximo.
• Understanding of purchasing protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
