Based in Coffs Harbour NSW 2450, we are looking for a responsible and experienced individual to join our team as an Asphalt Laboratory Supervisor. 

Whilst the majority of your time will be dedicated to the Coffs Harbour project, you will also be responsible for overseeing the Carrington and Dubbo laboratories. This will require occasional travel to these sites.

Your day will involve: 

• Supervise a small team of technicians to support Asphalt testing
• Conduct testing in accordance with laboratory work instructions, test methods, preparation instructions and manuals
• Calibrate laboratory equipment as required
• Maintain, observe, and take part in the statutory safety requirements of the Laboratory operations 
• Proactively promote process improvement

• A commitment to safety and quality 
• Previous construction materials laboratory testing experience
• Well-developed skills and understanding of computer systems for monitoring and reporting data
• Good communication, time management and organisation skills 
• Knowledge of Australian and Industry standards 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and promote a healthy team environment
