As our Key Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for key clients across NSW. Working closely with operations, estimating, and project delivery teams, your focus will be to nurture long-term relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure the seamless delivery of asphalt and road infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow key client relationships across government, local councils, and private contractors

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded

Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing accounts

Monitor market trends and competitor activity across NSW

Prepare and present client-specific reports, proposals, and forecasting

Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
About You

Proven experience in account management or business development within the asphalt, surfacing, or civil construction sectors

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the NSW road infrastructure landscape

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments

Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes

A current driver’s license (essential)
