Lead the Construction Materials Section of our Laboratory, ensuring top-tier service, compliance, and operational excellence. Manage all aspects of laboratory activities while maintaining accreditation and fostering a high-performance team culture.

Your Day Will Involve:

• Monitoring ITPs/Allocation sheets for compliance and optimizing staffing levels
• Managing customer enquiries, safety, staffing, and NATA accreditation
• Driving Boral’s Values (STAAR) within the laboratory environment
• Completing end-of-month KPI reports, including turnaround times and productivity measures
• Managing sub-contractors and ensuring asset compliance via Maximo/QEST

What Are We Looking For?

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in a related field
• Strong leadership and staff management experience
• Experience in laboratory operations and compliance
• Proven ability to drive efficiency and process improvement
• Commercial acumen to grow external revenue
