We're looking for a Digital Experience Manager to lead and grow our UX / customer experience design team. Help a successful and iconic retailer provide the best omnichannel retail experience in Australia.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and drive our digital experience strategy
• Manage and mentor an experience design team, and establish best-practices in UX research and design
• Lead the design of innovative digital services and products that drive our omnichannel strategy
• Conduct UX / customer experience research and analysis, track and report on user experience KPIs, and present customer experience insights
• Drive a culture of user-centred design, and advocate design thinking approaches to the wider organisation

Your Skills and Experience:
Essential:

• Proven track-record of using UX / CX / service design practices to deliver innovative and successful digital services and products
• At least 4 years experience in a senior UX role that includes team management
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business managers
• Ability to work effectively with digital development teams
• Passionate about delivering great customer experiences and the opportunities of digital technology
• Humble, ambitious, positive, reliable and confident attitude

Desirable:

• Experience from large eCommerce and retail businesses
• Experience doing lean UX within Agile development teams
• Experience with designing mobile applications
