The UWA Albany campus is located in Kinjarling / Albany, on the southern coast of Western Australia. About the opportunity
- Provide academic administration and support services that directly enhance the student and academic experience.
- Coordinate timetabling and unit delivery logistics and support fieldwork teaching to support high quality and experiential learning.
- Work closely with the Director and academic staff to improve office systems and deliver high-quality outcomes.
About you
- Strong experience in academic administration and coordinating support services in a university or similar setting
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Skilled communicator with the ability to engage confidently with staff, students and stakeholders
- Proficient in a range of digital tools including Microsoft 365 suite of applications and experience in, or demonstrated capacity to learn, new platforms such as student management systems.
- Committed to delivering high-quality service and contributing to a positive campus culture

- Some flexibility in working hours may be required during peak academic periods
