About the role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis, advice and support managers within our disability business unit, that enable VMCH to meet and exceed its financial and budgetary requirements. This position will also analyse business conditions, business performance, and provide expert financial advice and direction to stakeholders.

 

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • Current CA/CPA membership and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably within the community services sector.
  • Proven track record in a commercial finance function, ideally with a strong background in strategic and tactical analysis delivering commercial insights.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide sound financial advice and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence outcomes.
