About the role

The Clinical Services Manager will lead the Nursing and Allied Health Services within our At Home Aged Care division. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing industry-leading clinical programs, managing clinical governance practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality health services. You will oversee a dedicated team of clinicians, driving clinical excellence while meeting key performance indicators and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to provide exceptional health services on-site and in the community.
  • Implement a clinical competency framework that meets regulatory standards.
  • Ensure effective delivery of clinical services and prioritise quality care.
  • Oversee clinical governance to embed best practices organisation-wide.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on health service programs and care models.
  • Design training programs for clinical staff development.
  • Foster teamwork and autonomy among team members.
  • Prepare reports on service metrics and outcomes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and optimise planning.
  • Contribute to business case development for service improvements.

About you

What you will bring to the role:

  • Tertiary qualification and current AHPRA registration in Nursing and/or Allied Health.
  • Extensive clinical experience in aged care, particularly in home and community care settings.
  • Proven experience managing clinical staff in complex environments.
  • Strong background in developing clinical programs and conducting data-driven analysis.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant programs (HCP, STRC).
  • Proficiency in core operational systems (e.g., CareLink+, RiskMan) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Understanding of home care operations, including rostering and workforce management.
