About the role

We currently have a vacancy for a fulltime Executive Assistant – Information Technology to support the Chief Information Officer and team.   You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support. Your ability to anticipate needs, multitask, and maintain confidentiality will be essential to your success in this role.

This is a full-time role based in our city office you will be required onsite 4 days per week.  

 

About you 

As the Executive Assistant – Information Technology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Information Technology team.   This role is responsible for managing and maintaining schedules, coordinating and facilitating meetings, preparing and editing correspondence and presentations.

Skills and experience required

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Preparation of correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Information Technology team, as required. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and a part to of a team
